At Damn Air Fresh, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.

  • In the original packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.  

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used air fresheners.

• Personalized or custom-made products.

• Clearance or final sale items.

• Gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will work quickly to provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

• Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.  

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or report an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team with:

• Your full name

• Order number

• Reason for the return

• Photos (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

 

Damn Air Fresh reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. This Refund Policy is subject to change without prior notice and applies to all purchases made through DamnAirFresh.com.
